Channel 78 is in the process of creating its in-house policy. Since we are broadcasting thru the Cablevision system we are bound to their policy. We can not supercede Cablevisions policy, but can add to it to meet the specific needs of Hoboken. We are currently regulated by the Cablevision policy.
